Quality Assurance Policy
Quality is important to my practice because I value my customers. I strive to provide my customers with products and services which exceed their expectations. I am committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving my performance. I have the following systems and procedures in place to support my business in its aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout the practice:- 1. regular gathering and monitoring
of customer feedback Internal procedures and this policy are reviewed regularly and the current versions are contained in a designated folder which is made available to employees/interns. Any changes in policy are issued to staff and posted on the Studios Notice Board. Though the Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality all employees/interns have a responsibility within their own areas of work so helping to ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the Practice. The policy review date is 1 April 2009 and is renewed quarterly. Signed Date |
