Quality Assurance Policy


Jane McAdam Freud's Studio was established in 1992 to provide Fine Art in all its forms to the Arts industry. The Studios are based in Harrow, Middlesex and employ ( including interns) numbers according to the nature and size of individual projects.

Quality is important to my practice because I value my customers. I strive to provide my customers with products and services which exceed their expectations. I am committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving my performance.

I have the following systems and procedures in place to support my business in its aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout the practice:-

1. regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
2. a customer complaints procedure
3. selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria
4. training and development for employees and interns
5. regular audit of internal processes
6. measurable quality objectives which reflect my business aims
7. management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints

Internal procedures and this policy are reviewed regularly and the current versions are contained in a designated folder which is made available to employees/interns.

Any changes in policy are issued to staff and posted on the Studios Notice Board.

Though the Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality all employees/interns have a responsibility within their own areas of work so helping to ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the Practice.

The policy review date is 1 April 2009 and is renewed quarterly.
